That's why we've developed the Wawa Student Loan Forgiveness Program, which is offered to all new associates hired into our College Graduate Leadership Program. The College Graduate Leadership training program is an 18-month program for college graduates to obtain the foundation for a career as a General Manager. This initiative was specifically designed by Wawa to assist students like you to pay down the costs of outstanding college loans, while training to become a Wawa General Manager. It's another way to show our commitment to you and your growth here at Wawa. Candidates for our Student Loan Forgiveness Program must: Be accepted into the College Graduate Leadership Program within one year after receiving a degree from an accredited educational college or university. Have outstanding student loans [incurred prior to joining Wawa] as well as statements detailing the remaining balance of the loans. Be actively employed by Wawa in a full-time capacity to receive all four payments over a four-year period. Less debt - it's a great way to start your Wawa career.
